Child Health Issues

My baby is sneezing 6-7 times a day Also after feeding she vomiting sometimes.. She having cough also.. As weather is very hot outside so we are keeping her 24hrs in AC..Is it fine? Can we give her maxtra drop and whàt will be the dosage..

Kidney has been seen some swelling in ultrasound and other tests need second opinion.done with some tests need to know whether can be treated with medicines.
