Child Health Issues

My 4month old son who is primarily breast fed is not urinating as much he used to do.And sometime the colour of his urine is yellow. Is this because his body is asking more water during this hot summer. If I can feed him boiled water then what should be the amount. He is 4month old with 6kg weight. His food intake has also reduced by a small percentage.  Cannot blame him as we all are eating less as the effect heat is too much in my city. Please advise.

What is the medicine to be taken for boy. We are using p125 syrup 10ml for 3 times per day Is it ok or any thing else to do Please suggest us.

Trying to giver 7 month old daughter children's Motrin but it says to consult Dr she weighs 12 lbs. She is also teething.

My son hv fever since friday evening (2nd June). It's going up to 102.6 as per thermometer reading every 4 hours. Cronin is able to reduce the temp a bit only. Meftal is able to get him to normal. There is no other symptom. Pls suggest should we wait for another 2 days or go for the tests.

Hello, my hcg level48 hrs before was 223.8 amd today it has risen to 334.5. It has not doubled. Is there any problem???
