My daughter has got a severe rashes in her bums and nearby urine area... from last 4 to 5 days...i m continuously applying candid cream as powder every time she pees or poops... but kuch farak nai hai...and also I m not making her wear a diaper from last few days for night also infact full day she is without under wear...bcos its paining her very much and also itching...pls suggest some medicines..

My 2.4 years old daughter has cold and cough since yesterday. Could you send us the prescription or any syrup that we could use for now.

Hi doc, My daughter is 2 mnths and 5days old (normal delivery) and I have been breastfeeding her and plan to exclusively breastfeed till I introduce some solid food .But today I noticed that she has been feeding for every 15 mins and when I tried to express little milk I was not producing milk ,and so found my milk supply has fallen too much that she is not getting enough milk so I am forced the thought of intro addition source of milk for her and thought of giving Cow's milk but,  when I searched about this I read many articles saying formula is better than cow's milk ,So which is preferable cow's milk or formula (eg. Lactogen) ? If formula milk then any suggestions which is better for her -lactogen or any other formula ?? And how to introduce her to formula or cow's milk? Also help me on food items I can have to increase my milk supply as early as possible withoutProducingGasFor her.Am on strict diet with no spicy foods allowed. Also she is too gassy So pls suggest which is best .

My nephew hit the back of his head. I thought he was okay, but in the middle of his sleeptime he suddenly cry and can't stop vommiting. What the problem in my nephew? Is he okay?

5 yr old son cannot speak/communicate,can sing, speech therapy for1 yr with gfcf diet no progress. blood test 10days ago-high amonia in blood-92 , food restrictions-suggested-no pulses,meat ,veges with seeds for1 month. what if amonia remains same or otherwise.our marriage is within family. child being arrogant & sleepy,10days since new food diet.
