It can happen due to nerve injury qt birth or post deliver due to handling of baby at home.
As you doctor advised physiotherapy is the only treatment and for this you nees to consukt and neurophysiotherapist who is well verse with treating a child so take to him and continue physiotherpy and you shold have a regular follow up with your doctor and physiotherapist.
Syp. Neuromin m 5ml two time a day helps some time for atleast 3 months
