My baby is 3.5 months old, she is rolling over but not lifting head after rolling over, she keeps trying and then cries, when we help her lift her head , she keeps her head up for 5 to 10 minutes before putting down, how to help her lift her head on her own

Developmental milestones will attain on its own. Do not worry, Maybe you can stimulate her, but do not try to make her do this or that.
