Hi Dr,
Our 3.5 months old baby boy has been vomiting since yesterday evening.
The vomits are quite big and is instantly after feeding milk or after sometimes. He is exclusively on breast milk.
He has been cranky since then. Then we gave him colicaid now and he slept immediately.
What could be the reason?

It is infantile colic
No need to worry
Continue giving colic aid drops and breastfeeding
It resolves after sometime
But still if problem persists contact pediatrician
