Doctors Said goto MRI checkups...issue is three times in week he had some issue in breathing, eyes goes stair and goes up also its lips blackish after that ...why this happening please tell me...?

Hello sir/madam, My daughter is 2 years old now, i m noticing  that she get very obstinate from few days she wants to play with other child friends but dont wants to give her toys and games to them, she frequently raise her hand to anyone and she screamed very loudly when her wishes not fulfill and that time also cried alot. Hello Doctor. My two and half years old son had seizure(myclonic jersk) when he was 6 months old. But he had seizure only for 5 days and it didn't come again yet. We immediately consulted a pediatric neurologist and the right treatment was started immediately. Now he has spasticity and there is outside side deviation of foot in the right side.
