Child Health Issues

Since 3 days he is suffering with loose motions(watery) with smell.and lumps and yellowish colour ...after havng food he is he gettng loose motions...he hav cold too..

4 month kid she have pbm in thoroat sound and breeth pbm we admitted in initial stage in chettinad hospital and stay 3months and after 3 months discharged . then stay home in 10 day afer comes same pbm .it preterm baby 8.5 months

My baby has fever since last 2 days , shown to doctor , doctor has asked to give paracitamol , but no improvement , the temperature in increasing only , and my daughter is crying a lot , what should i do

My son is 7+ months old. We have been giving boiled apple paste in the mid morning around 10 am and Ragi porridge/Cereal rice in the afternoon around 3 pm. In the other times we are feeding him mother's milk. We are planning to give him vegeatbles. Please suggest how we should give himw and what time.Please let us know if any flaws in schedule.

We are giving Ultra D3 drop and FERONIA XT DROPS to my 7+ months old son. Could you please suggest if we should give any other drop apart from the two we are giving like Zinc/calcium. Thanks a lot.

Dr. Sreedhar replied to my que before.. I want to say that, He is doing urine in an arch form to somewht long distance.. His birth weight was 3 kg now he is around 7 kg. He is doing urine on regular intervals. Sometimes in 5 mts and sometimes in 15 mts. Should I visit to doc or not.

Since last two days he had fever around 102 f. Given him crocin cyrup but again fever comes.please advise if any anti biotic is required.. he had fever since he had taken bath in open cold swimming pool..
