Child Health Issues

My son is 7+ months old and our doctor has suggested to give feronia XT and ultra D3 drop. But not suggested for Zinc drops. But I heard from my freiends giving zinc drops to their kids. Is this absolutely required for my Kid? Please prescribe one if i need to give. Thanks a lot.

My daughter is 9 year old she has loose motion Dr has proscribed sporlac power I don't know bout doses how it will be taken???

My baby cries when I give her formula milk. She takes only 30 ML in one feed and cries too much, so I m not able to feed her enough and more frequently. Not gaining enough wait as I m also not able to feed her enough (lactation problem). She is only 4 kgs at 3 mths.  What medicine can I give my 3 months old baby for acid reflux.

My daughter is suffering from fever and can not walk as there is pain in her left leg.However no injury in leg.She don't want to walk due to pain in her left leg.

She speak occasionally mommy daddy aunty uncle and few sounds of her own language but she not able to speak continously

My baby born with 4 kg weight and he completed 1 month 15 days he weighs now 5.3 kg is that weight normal or abnormal

Pain is in the upper & middle abdomen. Not related to Food. More in the morning time and evening. No vomiting, no loose stools. No fever. Ultrasound abd. says, Minimal fluid in RIF & Mild mesenteric adenitis. Child is active.

Since 3 days he is suffering with loose motions(watery) with smell.and lumps and yellowish colour ...after havng food he is he gettng loose motions...he hav cold too..

4 month kid she have pbm in thoroat sound and breeth pbm we admitted in initial stage in chettinad hospital and stay 3months and after 3 months discharged . then stay home in 10 day afer comes same pbm .it preterm baby 8.5 months
