Baby is not comfortable, he is having running water from left eye and also not eating properly as soon as he drinks milk he immediately passing stool.

Hi my child is 2.5 YO and she has MAJOR sleeping issues. She won't sleep the whole day and mostly keeps crying until 4-5 AM then sleeps until 12 noon. We have tried to change her day schedules but nothing works. She hasn't started talking yet as well. She has gone thru brain tests as well and hears perfectly fine but she still doesn't respond if you call her either. Is there something we should be worried of? Can you help us with her sleeping issues and we are not making this up. SHE REALLY DOESN'T SLEEP.
