My 4yrs baby has uti last 10days I gave her antibiotics ndafter 7days again urine test done and pus cell 8_10 /hpf what should I do

Hi. Still there seems to be infection based on urine report. Does she have any symptoms like fever or pain while passing urine? What about urine culture and ultrasound scan of Abdomen? These questions will need to be answered before I can give any advice
