My 20 mnth old baby is havng watery motion. He has done 3 times since morning. And nt drinking milk properly. Feeling irritated.

Hi My 8 month baby is 7.6 kg only. Please find the food chart below: Bf: ragi porridge/ multigrain porridge Lunch: red rice with carrot and beans. I used to mash it in mixie and feed him Dinner: suji / broken wheat porridge He is in breast feed only.he doesn't eat any fruit. Kindly let me know how to increase his weight.

My 3 yr old son had fallen down on the floor and got a teeth wound on the inside of lower lips. A day after this he started fever around 100 deg. Is this because of the wound? Please also advice any medication. Since today is Sunday I dont find a doctors available nearby.
