My kid is not feeling well.she is suffering from fever sromach upset (fully dehydrated) and took vomit. She s not eating properly. She looks so tired

Hi, my son is 2y 9m old before 5m back he got rashes in hand,face and from buttock to toe we have consulted many doctors they told it will there for almost 3m and preferred some medicine but didnt help finally one told he his hypersensitivity person because of that he his having this problem and northing to worry suggest some medicine but no luck s

My 6 weeks month son got his first dpt vaccination on 29th , he has been having fever ever since - it's been 4 days now , doctor has done basic blood test and says nothing alarming , however says if fever is not down will have to admit and do more tests

22 months son. weight 9.7 kg. he had fever 5 days back with loose motions. gave Z and D syrup with Enterogermina ampules for a week. stool test showed presence of mucus. now normal. eating and playing. had fever again 2 days back, gave calphol 2 dose overnight. fever gone. now not passing urine and stool for 2 days. 2-3 urine in a day, 1 -2 stool .
