Have 3 and a half year old niece. Very concipated. Cried all night trying to have a bowel movements. Been like that for almost 2 months. What do we do?

Vomitings have not stopped for my one and half month old baby. Domstall syrup and esomac 10 granules have been given but still vomiting on and off

My son is 14 months now.. he doesnt sleep more than 20 mins at a strech during nite.. We give him colic aid/ colicmex/ himalaya bonissan drops/ lactose free milk, however nothing has changed since he was 7 months old. The condition is same every nite from last 7 months now. What could be the reason n remedy?

My 1 month old baby has nose block and doctor suggested to put 2 drops in each nose 4 times.. after what time gap should I put the drops
