My child 2years old he don't eat any food and he too week and no immunity power what we do

Sir, doctor give "imol" syrup for my 2 yrskid ,3time 5ml,l who she WAS HAVING fever .3days back,afer 2 dose fever gone completely,but still i gave next 2 day, now i sopped.....now she is very active nd doing well.I misunderstood doctor prisciption gave more days,i don't know wht to do now, is this dangerous to my kid health??plzz plz help wht do now

My daughter got high fever on 3 Oct 2017 ..so she was admitted in hospital and administered crocin and fluids her reports were normal and on 7 Oct 2017 she got discharged as was not having fever from12 hrs. But today 8th Oct 2017 since morning again she is having fever(100.7) and dry cough.. Medicine for cough given is tixylic 5 ml TDs and crocin 6.5ml sos. She is sleeping since morning.. Plz advice what to do.
