My boy of 7yrs old is getting high fever of 103.5, upon medication the fever subsidies and returns when the medicine effect is over. He also says his ear is paining We have been giving him meftal p and germox

My kid of 1 yr 5 mnths is suffering from hand foot mouth since 3 days giving allegra rinifol n for fever P-250 and even vomiting. Only fever s nott der now bt body is getting covered with pimples now changed only 1 medicine to atarax syp n 1 gel calkem followed with given mdcn abov how mch time it will take to cure

My 8 years old has loose motions vomiting and fever from last 3 days. I am giving him orflox Oz, domsta and rantac syrup. Is it safe to give rantac in loose motions or should I stop it?
