Child Health Issues

My 3 years 10 months daughter is suffering from fever since last 3 days. I am giving clavam bid syrup 5 ml twice and crocin ds 5 ml almost 4 times per day. but no improvement yet. the fever comes in every 5 to   6 hours. please suggest. Thanks in advance.

My son (7months old) have high fever 102-104 faranhit. Since last 3 days. Fever comes at night time only with shivering. One paediatrician said its a viral fever and will be OK within five days. Today is fourth day. Unfortunately the same paediatrician was not available last night and due to high fever we went to other doctor and he told us that baby have uti infection after observing pus cells in urine examination. Now he recommended to perform sonography for kidney infection. I am confuse
