My 2 year old baby has deep in his left side of chest below left brwat. Deep is like tea spoon. Is it because of vitamins d3 deficiency?

Wished to know how much to feed a 35 day old baby. i usually provide mother's milk and 30-60ml powder milk every 2-3 hours. is it appropriate?

My baby has cough for last 5-6 days and he still have cough. Initially he has fever for 3-4 days and one day he has fever of 104°F. Doctor initially advise to give paracetamol and maxtra. Now he dont have fever but cough still persist. Meanwhile doctor recomend some test cbc, Typhoid, Malaria. Both typhoid and malaria are negative but HG of my baby come 8.4 and ESR value comes 40 mm/Ist hr. NOW Dr. recomend inj Monocef 500 for 5 days alongwith medicine maxta 10drop 3 times and syp Amoxicillian.

My daughter about 2 years old have high fever around 105 deg. fer. the fever only stay at night. no medicine work at that time.
