4 months baby green watery stool

Sir/madam, my 4 months son has loose watery green stool for past 10 days gave gnorm and z & d drops..but no improvement...dr now prescribed septran...is it useful..will it show any improvement

It may be normal stool n pattern for some children septran will clear if any infection is there I doubt that is necessary Best is to do urine culture
