My baby boy is having fever from today evening 5pm I gave him crocin suspension ds 250mg 5ml.he is 2.4 yrs old if temperature increase at night what should I do?

SINCE MORNING MY DAUGHTER IS SUFFERING FROM FEVER. IN MORNING IT WAS 101 DEGREE AND WE GIVER HER 5 ML OF ZOVAMIDE - M, AFTER 1 HOURS HER TEMPERATURE GOT NORMAL. BUT AGAIN FROM 2 PM , HER TEMPERATURE AGAIN START RAISING . TEMPERATURE IS ALMOST 102 DEGREE . AT 2:30 WE HAVE GAVE HER ANOTHER 5 ML DOSE OF ZOVAMIDE - M BUT STILL NO IMPROVEMENT SEEN PLZ SUGGEST
