FEVER OF 102 DEGREE OF 1YR 10 MONTH CHIL
SINCE MORNING MY DAUGHTER IS SUFFERING FROM FEVER. IN MORNING IT WAS 101 DEGREE AND WE GIVER HER 5 ML OF ZOVAMIDE - M, AFTER 1 HOURS HER TEMPERATURE GOT NORMAL. BUT AGAIN FROM 2 PM , HER TEMPERATURE AGAIN START RAISING . TEMPERATURE IS ALMOST 102 DEGREE . AT 2:30 WE HAVE GAVE HER ANOTHER 5 ML DOSE OF ZOVAMIDE - M BUT STILL NO IMPROVEMENT SEEN

If paracetamol is not working within 2 hrs you can give ibuprofen/mefenamic acid syp. If fever decreases after paracetamol, and again come back by 4-6 hrs repeat same dose of paracetamol.
