My son having hyper activity&speech delay,he has 5years old.please give some advice to me

My 7 year old son has high fever above 100 degrees ,I gave him meftal and additionally doctor has told to give tritium tablet if fever is not coming down after few doses.. can I continue this medication,been following this since his childhood

My daughter is 28 days old, but since last night did not pass urine please help me

My 6 weeks baby is crying alot. We have visited doctor and he claims that we have overfed the child. As we reduced the milk level from 80ml to 45 ml for 3 hours, she cry more than before. Another clinic told us to give 1 oz water after every meal. I read online that babies cannot be fed with water. I'm confused on which instruction to follow. Please advice.

My baby boy born at the gestational age of 35 weeks. Was diagnosed with PDA at the age of 2 days. Baby weight at birth was 2240 grams. Now baby is 50 days old and weight is 3.8 kg. Want to know whether i should go for echocardiography of baby to find if the pda still exists? At birth baby heart beat was 100 bpm at second day improved to 140 bpm.
