Child has hi fever
My 7 year old son has high fever above 100 degrees ,I gave him meftal and additionally doctor has told to give tritium tablet if fever is not coming down after few doses.. can I continue this medication,been following this since his childhood

Avoid meftal,that's for fever above 103. Just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,consult your paediatrician asap. I think you mean frisium,which is a preventive med for febrile seizure,although not indicated at this age.
