My baby is 6 years old and from last night she is having sever headache , i tried ibrfuen+paracetmol syrup but after 5 hrs again pain stratred

My baby boy of 1 year 5 months suffering from fever,loose motion and vomiting from 3 days.
I m giving him medicine as prescribed by doctor
For Vomiting - Vomikind
For loose motion - Biflac
For fever - Imugic +
Fever is better now
But vomiting and motion are too much
He vomit's after every meal.
