Baby has got rashes after 2-3 days of viral with no itching and no other symptoms. Dr. prescribed Zysal but no effect.

Rheum is coming more from a new born baby ageing 2 days(born on 10-Dec-2017) due to this baby could not able to open the eyes. From today morning only baby can open eyes. but doctors are asking to give treatment for 5 days. Is it necessary to give 5 days of treatment(per day 6K rs will be charged for medicine and treatment). Your suggestion is greatfull in this regard.
