My 4 year daughter eating too much mud soil. We are very depressed. Her anger was on very high.

Dear sir, I have a son age 2.5 years he is facing development delay still he cannot stand on his own and cannot walk on his own. We have done his MRI when he was 1year old and it showed no sign of problem. Also he is not able to talk and some time he is drooling.
