I am carrying twin babies 28weeks...in my home there was a mentally retarded patient and he used to make abnormal sounds continuously like fox...is there any impact to babies with these sounds

I have been giving asthalin to my child for cold from past 2 days so will she get weasing by in taking this drug

My baby is now of 3 months & 12 days and he gets loose motion from last 2 days but from yesterday he gets lots of motion and it is just like fluid and he has also suffering from fever. Please advice me what I have to do? He is taking top feed of Lactogen 1. Please help me what I have to do
