My son blood report serum bilirubin (total) 2.91 & SGOT/AST 1114.10 & SGPT/ALT is 1356.90 and food not digest vomitting pls suggest dignos

My daughter has been diagnosed with Typhoid on 09/02/2018 and the mentioned medication is on since then. Widal test is S typhi O - 1/40 & 1/80 is + S typhi H - 1/40, 1/80, 1/160 & 1/320 are + S para typhi AH & BH are all - Despite these medicines fever recurs every 4 hours. What should i do now. Fever goes upto 103°C. Also fever is higher at around 3-4 am & pm. Kindly suggest? We give pcm when fever is high and also do hydrosponging.

My Child 5 yrs old..fever is not coming down in spite of giving 3 course of 4hrs once paracetamol..fever obove 101 degree..pls help

My eight months baby is on breast feed and semi solid. Got diarrhea since four days(6-8 times/day). Doc suggested stools test. Got fat globules - seen++++. My pediatric says stop breast feed and switch to lactose free formula. Why after eight months is my allergic to breastfeed.
