I am 28years old. I delivered my baby two days before on Feb 11 2018 in normal delivery. I don't have breast milk... I'm taking lactanic tab and powder for that. But no improvement.. I am giving lactogen powder for my baby... Please help me doctor

I am Krishnaswamy,I am Planning to give vaccination for my daughter and she is 45 days Old. So Please give suggestion which one to put for my daughter DTWP(Pentavac) or DTAP(Pentaxim). If i give Pentavac do i need to put IPV injection separately. because in Pentaxim IPV is coverd and HEP B is not covered. So any pediatrician please advice my query.
