My kid is 4.5 years old. He is suffering from frequent cold. Someone suggested Cipla Immuno Boosters to have 1 piece per day. I have fee doubts on it. 1. Any side effects..are they safe? 2. How long we can use it for our kid.. can we continue for 2 or 3 years? 3. Additionally we are giving 'Dabar Chamanprsah double immunity' one table spoon per day. My baby is 11months & 3wks & a pharmacy recommended ibugesic plus syrup cuz I told them he was having a hot fever for 2days now. I give him it on the 29th, 1 time on the 30th December & abt 5 to 6 other times. I even give him it today. The truth is, I wud normally give him 5ml. Plz advise me, wat cud b the outcome
