My son age is 2.4year he is still not talking...need to do a check up......

My lo is 4 months 22 days old n 8.3kgs. he is coughing since 5 days. initially it was light n increased on day by day. that's dry cough, no nose block nor fever. He is completely on breast feeding, active n feeding properly. I'm using Delcon drops 8 drops since 3 days but there is no result. Plz suggest the medication n whatever I'm already giving is right or not

My baby is 1.5 months old...her sleep is not consistent and she wakes up every 15-20 mins in day...at night she does not sleep and cries continuously throughout night demanding for feed...Dr suggested me atarax drop...is atarax safe for my baby?
