My daughter has cough and gets more during the night. I used to give her chericof junior previously but forgot the doses now. Can someone advise on what is the required dose for chericof junior for. 3.3 year old kid ( weight 15kg).

My 4 month baby he suffering cold cough nd noisy breathing.. Doctor give medicine next visit after 3 days noisy nose prblm not gone again doctor give nimulagation nd omnacortil... But my omnacortil is steroid .. It's bad ya normal for my new born baby..

Want to understand on the effectiveness of this treatment as compared to sutures? Whether it will leave any scar? Can I get some recommendations of a good doctor for follow up ?
