My infant is 7 days old since from 3 days she is having very loose motions like she farts she poops and it's like water coming out from a tap .she is a breastfeeding baby .and I'm on pain killers .is it normal.her pediatrics told it's normal but I'm concerned about it? So please explain thank u

My daughter, 1 year old has loose poop since yesterday. And the color is wheatish. She never had this color stools earlier. And it smells very bad. What could be the reason for this?
