It is perfectly normal for babies to pass stool in 2 days or up to a week if there are no other danger signs such as excessive crying, abdominal distension, refusal to feed, excessive arching of the body or any unusual thing which u may see .
Next Steps
If u are breastfeeding make sure you are giving at least 2-3 feeds at night time along with 5-6 feeds in the daytime. Give tummy time at least 5min in a day along with massaging abdomen so that gas and stool is released.
Health Tips
In case any of danger signs u are observing consult your nearest paediatrician for clinically examination
