My 2 year old son's urine output has reduced a lot from past 2 to 3 days. Earlier we had to change his diaper every 4 to 5 hours otherwise it would leak. Now even after 8 hours his diaper is not even half filled. He has viral fever last week which has been cured but due to cough and chest congestion he is on medication Ambrolite-s 3times a day and tixylix kids cough syrup 3 times a day. Is this one of the side effects of medicines or something else. Do we need to rush to a pediatrician or can wait and watch. He is not eating anything these days...only taking milk and water. Please suggest.

Kid is suffering with fever from 5-6 days. yesterday night started antibiotic clamp. He is still getting fever, using dolo 250 when the temperature is high.Now he is getting vomtings. Can we use emcet now. In this case, what dose we need to use?
