I had a C-section delivery and i have a baby boy. After delivery my baby was 3.1kg weight. When he was 11days old his weight was 3.18kg. Is my baby's weight normal??

My son has not been vaccined on pcv1,2,3 +booster.even hep a1 , mmr1, varicella, hep-a2, typhoid1 DTwp B2/DTaP B2, OPV3,MMR2, Varicella2, typhoid 2. Now he is 5yeara and one month old. What can be done to keep my child healthy?

My baby boy is just 45 days old Yesterday I upgrade his formula milk from dexolac special care to dexolac 1. From the time of upgrade he’s feeling lot of gas , painful gas passing n lots of loose potty, while he passes very tight potty, was on dexolac special care. My wife not producing much Brest milk so I have to depand on formula feeding.......Should I need to worry ?

My child is 3.6 years old female. On 12/03/18 she got fever with cough, cold. So we consulted a child specialist and he given lanzopraqx, bestozym, atoz, tixylix, calpol, expect, refzol, pacimol etc and the fever suppressed. But again she got high fever from 21/03/18 with 103 fever. He suggested Moxclav antibiotic & Pacimol. The fever is going but coming after 4-5 hours. We are unable to understand the situation. All prescriptions & blood report attached Please suggest.

But em asking about formula milk too , if u please guide me as my son is having lactose intolerance and is gaining no weight , he is 2.5 years old and 12kgs weight , he takes French fries and rice and roti on solids too , but if u help a formula milk for him regarding lactose intolerance.

My 15 month baby can't digest food properly in a day she passes motions 7 to 8 times and was very smelly.if I give some bite size foods to vo motions me aise he nikalta h ek do bar me uska pet saaf nahe ho pata h I m giving her 5 to 6 times meals in a 24 hour period .I give banana khichdi Apple shake soups daliya oats halwa so what is not suiting her plz suggest.some diet chart and time gap between the meals.what can I give her for indigestion .

My kid 1yr 3 month's having hot head from morning. Yesterday she has drunk juice with ice tubes and also had more than 12 hr bus travel. Temperature is 98.8 f but head is very hot.
