  4. Normal fever. But later its coming.

Normal fever
My Son is having fever from yesterday and i am giving p250 syrup for Paracetamol.when i am giving the medicine,the fever is going but later its coming.Is this normal for 2-3 days,or i need to continue some antibiotic syrup for better treatment .Pls suggest.

Antibiotics can be started after 3rd day if your Pediatrician detects the bacterial infection, viral fever doesn’t require antibiotics
