Child Health Issues

My 9 months old baby had been admitted in local nursing home with the complaint of dysentery associated with blood and mucas. During treatment he was having monocef antibiotics and probiotics supplement and improved gradually. Firstly the bleeding creased flowing then the frequency of loose stool has come decreased. But after the discharge while he is in home the loose motion has started severely (16 times in a day) but the blood flowing is no more. Currently he is taking taximo forte  and probiotics Previous crp level. 21 and now 5.54. Doctor said that he would improve in course of time. He is in this condition for 7 days. Currently there is no hope of wellness. Please help. should I wait or need further investigation to find out some major illness like ulcerative colitis or chrons disease.?

Can i take tulsi water during breastfeeding. My baby age is 7 month l. Can i take tulsi water with honey.

Hi doctor My 3 years old kid is very selective and particular about dress he will select what he wants is that an issue. And he is not at all eating the food properly he will eat only 2 meals a day that to moderately have used bandy syrup for worms but no luck can you please help me here TIA
