My 8 months old baby has cold and running nose with mild cough. He is sneezing a lot. Can i use vicks baby rub?

Give syp cetrizine 2.5 ml once a day before sleep for 5 days and nasoclear nasal drop 1 drop in both nostrils every 6 hourly for 2 days. Yes vicks baby rub can be used.
