Child Health Issues

My child coughs while he is sleeping from almost a month and he is fine when awake .he coughs when sleeping at day time and also at night.this happens everyday once.

Ear drop given orally in mouth by mistake to my 6 months child. 8 drops given. Kindly explain the consequences and remedy.

My 3 years old daughter has had on and off fever for approximately 8 - 9 days for which we have given antibiotic. Now she is doing fine however every night we observe her feet(palm) get quite warm. Rest of the body stays normal only feet get little hot. Also on her back below shoulder I can see lot of rashes which are there for 3-4 days. Very small in size but lots of red dots which I can feel on her back.
