My child took a vacination of 18months vaccination on Saturday,since 3days he is suffering with fever,he is 18months old suggest me syrup for my child, please help me

It's pretty usual for children to have fever and pain after DTP vaccine,which can last up-to 3-4 days. Give just paracetamol for both fever and pain,but ONLY if required,and may be repeated after every 4 hours.
