Sir my baby has sirvical lump node what we should do and my baby weight is 10kg since last one year he is 3years old

My baby recently had vomitings n motions, they r reduced. During that tine grandiel, cyclopam and dry zonc powder were used for the baby, But she doesnt have any appetite and her stomach is too tight. From the day of motions she is saying stomach pain. Doctor suggested cyclopam n i am giving her 3ml twice daily. Today mrng she passed tools and cried alot with stomach pain n tools is also bit pale. She doesnt have digestion at all. Plz suggest me some medicine

My son is 3 month old and he has been coughing since last 1.5 month. I visited my doctor 5 times almost like evey week and he said its bronchitis and prescribed medication. But my son is coughing and coughing... why does it so??? Is it like the same for most of the kids or what is it??? Please suggest

Good evening doctor. My child is 6 yrs. The problem of my child is that his intellect level is not according to his age it's like when he is in a class whenever teacher write on a board he is not able to write even a single letter in notebook write now he is in ukg. Similarly when she say take out Hindi notebook from bag he doesn't get it what she says and does not respond.when he goes for play outside he used to play alone generally he does not understand what other are playing. He enjoy with himself and remain discarded from others children.morever he is not able to speak fluenlty able to speak 1 to 2 sentences.He is very active child not sit idle even for a second.being a mother when I taught him initially he takes lot of time than he open notebook.does not pay attention while studying . Kindly help me I am very confused whom I need to concern. Principal of school give me last warning next year she may not promote him for next class. Thanks

I give all these things in a paste form. So am i giving her right things or not? And is it ok to give her in paste form? Someone told me that i am giving her very thicky food.
