My son who is 15 months old has developed a cough. We are giving him Sinarest AF syrup 0.5 ml, when the cough is severe. Should we continue this medication or something else? At what point should we consider taking him to the doctor. He does not have cold. And he is not having temperature either.

My son Is 27 days old. He is diagnosed with jaundice  on 3rd day after birth with bilirubin level 13.6, he was given phototherapy for 24 hrs. Now doctor says he is still having jaundice, we are keeping him under light.
