My baby born on 28th june 2018, after vaccine on 13th aug, 18 , his vomit increase , vomit after most of the feed is it normal? his birth weight 2.700kg born on 37th week, normal delivary, weight on 13th aug- 4.295 kg

My Daughter got fever 4 days back ( 103) F so we rushed to the dr and accordingly the dr gave some medicines, while taking pcm fever goes away but again it comes back around after 4 hours. dr suggested some tests and now test reports arrived and it has RBC WBC count  & ESR is high, Also C reactive protein is very high i.e 106. dr adviced to wait for 2 days more otherwise if fever still comes up we need to hospitalized my daughter, please any advice or suggestions on this would be helpful.

My kid have a cold and minor cough for few days. He got sores in tongue. Any quick remedy or medicine?

Is Prevnar vaccination must for babies. My son is 4 months old and has got vaccinated twice in 2 months (Prevnar 7 once and Prevnar 13 once), this time we consulted another doctor however this doctor said it is not necessary now because my son is not under weight. He is healthy 8kg at 4 month old

But in today morning he is complaining about pain in legs and he is not able to walk. Also his hair fall start as this not happen few days back. His one eye and face  is swallowing.
