Child Health Issues

My baby is having cold and cough doctor suggested mucolite drop which is not available anywhere (consulted doctor not available in hospital for few days)...  ascoril ls drops... Is available ... Can I give that content and percentage is correct as it's in mucolite... Or really mucolite drops is available..

My baby girl is 5 months and 24 days old.. Her body is heated up after a travel.. So she is struggling/crying to pass urine.. Shall I give her some water.. Till now she is on exclusive breastfeed.

More prominent in the morning..with little bit of pain. The pain reduce in the evening but not completely.

Or should I give mucolite ls syrup only(since drops not available) is this safe .. how much should I give for 6month and 7.6kg baby... Please give some suggestions..  consulted doctor not available for few days...

My baby girl 6months old.. Recently I traveled in car for 3hrs with her. After coming home her body heat is high and her pee quantity is very less every time.. Also she is passing urine forcefully.. Plz give me some suggestions to cool her body.

It was a wet day and my son came home down with mild fever and some body itching. I consulted the doctors and had some tests. They all came out to be negative and he even felt better after two days of bed rest. But I don't know how on the third day he had a lot of blisters and rashes on his whole body. It been a month now and I'm not able to do anything for my son. Are there any hand foot and mouth disease home remedies that I could try to make my son healthy again? It would be very grateful of you if you could come up with anything that could help.
