10 months girl baby having very cold and nose floating... Continuously crying and unable to breathing... Cold started today only. Plz advice

Please put SINAREST AF drops 0.8 ml three times a day for 3-4 days for cold Do supervised steam inhalation with safety And put saline nasal drops every 4th hourly Give sips of warm liquids
