The development of a baby’s mind and body starts from an early stage. I have a 3-month old infant so what according to you would be some adequate 3-month old baby activities? I would love to have inputs from experienced mothers and pediatricians as well. Looking forward towards your able guidance!

My 3-month old baby girl relies on breastmilk for now. But we are looking for options to expand her food intake. Can someone tell me what kind of food for baby 3-months old would be suitable?
