My son is 8 yrs old and is hvng high fever from yesterday. Gave him ibugesic. The fever is down till its effect and comes back later on after abt 5-6 hours. No cold.,light headache is thr. The temperature was 104.1 now

Child was having high fever, 103+ on 8july 2018. Sore throat was found. Ibugesic plus, alex plus was suggested for 3 days. No improvement in high temp, so antibiotic augmentin was suggested after that. Note that during this period, child was complaining of stomach ache on & off. With antibiotic, fever came down to 99+. But same night, child started having terrible stomachache. So bad, she was not able to sleep whole night. She kept waking up every half an hour, burping heavily. Doctor stopped Ibugesic & changed antibiotic too. Jr lanzol was given. Child suffered with too much pain for 3 days. She recovered in next 5-6 days. But since 25 july, child is again complaining of stomachache. Jr lanzol is going for 3 days but not much improvement. Her stomach is bloated. Today she passed mucus also(no stool, only mucus). What should we do? Please help.

My Daughter is 4 month 5 days old. Birth weight was 3.1kg. In 6 weeks it was 4.6 kg,10 weeks it was 5.6kg both weight was excluding diaper and dress. In 14 weeks it was 6.0kg including dress and diaper. Baby is fully on breastfeeding. Please suggest me what to do for the baby.

My baby is one month old and she is puking her feed since last night and she is consuming milk in small proportions .I can feel the temperature on her body but when I check with my temperature probe it's only showing the range between 98-99•F.
