Bottle feeding and pacifiers

Is pacifier and bottle feeding can cause infection, my baby was not able to digest breast milk hense we are using Avent to feed her. Please advise.. If yes.....how to break this habbit..

You haven't mentioned the age. Yes both can increase risk of infection. Breaking the habit is by cold turkey. That means throw away the bottles and pacifier and stop from now ... No matter what do not give it back.
