Bottle feeding is not recommended...give exclusive BF till 6months of life... If there is insufficient BM or lactational failure then you should give formula with wati spoon ..so there is less chance of infection and teething issues which are more common with bottle feeding and also bottle cause nipple confusion...
Next Steps
try to avoid bottle feeding...

I would discourage using bottle. Reasons 1: causing infection 2: needs more time in preparation if given properly 3: bottle nipple is soft so child gets habitual to that and will not take breastfeed directly 4 : habitual to bottle and will not stop even till early childhood age and that cause sometimes behaviour problems 5: developments of eating milestones are not properly achieved with bottle feeding. Many more are there .
Next Steps
Exclusive breastfeed till 6 complete months.
